For all bookaholics and bookstagram influencers, this season brings new prompts and challenges to read more beach read. Publications drop new releases hot and sizzling all around the world. With so many new releases and more coming this year, choosing a book can be a fuzzy choice.

So here is a list of the hottest and best seller summer lists of all time (and new releases)

Book Lovers by Emily Henry :

Have you ever read a story, and wanted to be the main lead of the story? The heroine that bumps into the hero on her trip away from city life? Well, this story is not like that. Our main character meets the hero many times on her countryside trip but it's never meet-cute.
Genre: Romance, Adult.

Our Last Days in Barcelona by Chanel Cleeton:

Isabel Perez took a trip with her sister to Barcelona, and it was nothing like the trip they expected. She discovers a piece of history and her family secrets that she could not have imagined.

Every Summer After by Carley Fortune:

The Summer Getaway by Susan Mallery :

What do you do when life gets too much, and you need to break from the realities and responsibilities of life? To take a long vacation with your friends. In the case of Robyn Caldwell, it's her sister. This book is giving me major, Eat pray love vibes. "The Summer Getaway is a reflective and moving tale of family ties.” according to the New York Journal of Books

The Summer Place by Jennifer Weiner:

Two things that we missed a lot during the pandemic? Weddings and vacations. The Summer Place has both. After Sarah’s step-daughter announces her wedding with her pandemic boyfriends, it's all on her shoulder to bring the family back together and arrange it all at their vacation home. This contemporary story is most exciting because no wedding is possible without drama.

The Suite Spot by Trish Doller:

After a work alteration, Rachel Beck is forced to change her job. Now she has moved with her kid(s) to a remote location. Plus she keeps bumping into this brooding man, which is not uncommon in the small town. Now, this only goes one way. (wink). This book is 2nd part of the Beck Sisters Series, followed by Off the Map

One Italian Summer by Rebecca Serle:

From the writer of In Five Years, comes another drama, romance, and adventure filler, book but this time tits set in Italy. Another Eat Pray Love book, but this has some sad feel to it, and a little bit of suspense too.
Genre: Romance, Contemporary Drama.


Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid:

You might be living under a rock if you haven't heard about Taylor Jenkins Reid and this book. (or are not book-obsessed like the rest of us). With my experience with Daisy Jones & The Six, this book recommendation is a must.
Genre: Historical Fiction, Adult.


People We Meet On Vacation by Emily Henry:

“One is the sun and the other is the moon, they can never be in love but the love is investable.” What else can I say to convince you to read this one? If you are thinking of having a book on the go, on your next trip, this would be the perfect companion.
Genre: Romance, Travel, Adult.


That Summer by Jennifer Weiner:

If you could switch your life with someone who would it be? Well, Daisy Shoemaker doesn't have to wonder anymore. Giving ‘princess twitch vibes', this book is a new style of writing, and solves the ultimate question, ‘what life would be if I was someone else’.

Beautiful World, Where Are You By Sally Rooney:

From the writer of ‘conversation with the friends’ and ‘normal people’, comes another tale of friendship and reunion. Sally Rooney's work speaks for itself, and I'm more excited to read this book because it's been in my TRB for the longest time.
Genre: romance, contemporary fiction


Beach Read by Emily Henry

Two writers, “They’re polar opposites”, live next to each other to find some break from their writer block. Will they find the solution or something more in each other's company?
Genre: romance, adult literature. 


 Summer is the time for R&R and the perfect opportunity to explore genres you wish to. So if you are looking to get into romance, women's lit, drama, or adult, these recommendations are something that you definitely not regret diving deep into

23 lessons for 23-year-old me.

I turned 23 yesterday.  This birthday was the most unusual because for the first time in my small life so far I have postponed my birthday celebration. This week I was swamped with deadlines, and my friends were still buzzing with Valentine's day celebrations (disadvantages of having a birthday right after the lovers' holiday). So we mutually agreed that we would party on the weekend instead. So I had a very intimate family dinner and went back to my desk after eating the cake.  However, this is not the point of this blog.
